We understand that going to counseling can take a lot of courage and can also be a lot of work!  It is our hope to provide the best experience for you from scheduling to billing. 

In order to assist us in providing a smooth billing process, please bring your photo ID & insurance card to your first session so that we can make a copy for our records.   You will be asked to complete an insurance information form so that we can accurately process your claims.   

It will also be important to update us regarding any insurance changes.  Failure to do so may result in unpaid claims that will become your financial responsibility.
