                                                                      Amanda holds a master's degree in community counseling and a
                                                                      certificate in marriage & family therapy from Saint Cloud State University. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and is working toward her marriage & family therapist licensure. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Winona State University.  Amanda enjoys working with adults, adolescents, & children as individuals or within a family or couple relationship. Some areas of special interest include depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, self esteem, communication skills, adjustment issues, parent/child conflicts, and relationship/marital difficulties.  Her approach to therapy is strength based and collaborative, with an emphasis on building a positive therapeutic relationship. Amanda strives to create a comfortable & safe environment for clients to explore and process the patterns they have created and may wish to change. "I strongly believe in the power of change and that every person has the ability to find health and balance in his or her life."

                                                                      Jennifer holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of
                                                                      Wisconsin-Stout. She has experience working with young children, teens, and adults, both individually and as couples or family groups. She has worked with a wide range of issues including post-traumatic stress, domestic violence, family communication and conflict, parenting support, couple conflict, divorce transitions, and sexual trauma. Her special interests include working with children and their families, couples, families adjusting to life with disabilities or other special needs, and issues of depression, anxiety,

Jennifer works collaboratively with clients, honoring their life experience and helping them find strength and resources within their life stories. Her work stems from a belief that we all find ourselves stuck on our paths from time to time and that a safe therapeutic

                                                                      Christina holds a master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the College of St.
                                                                      Catherine/University of St. Thomas, as well as a master's degree in Special Education and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University Mankato.  She is experienced with children, teens, families, adults, and groups. Areas of expertise and interest include childhood behavior difficulties, teenage behavior and self esteem struggles, family/individual relational issues, adults with serious mental illness, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders,  loss/grief, skill acquisition, and DBT.  Christina's approach to therapy is based on client need and is eclectic.  She draws from systems theory, play therapy, cognitive-behavioral frameworks, insight and relational perspectives, psychodynamics and stages of change.  She values an engaging, collaborative therapeutic relationship. She particularly enjoys working with women of all ages and her special interests include working with
                                                                      relationship issues, current or past abuse and/or neglect, parenting concerns, medical concerns, and treating serious and persistent mental illness. Her goal is to treat each individual with caring and respect.  She strives to help patients achieve the clarity they need about their individual life situations.

                                                                      Christine holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from DePaul University and received her post-master’s certificate in marriage and family therapy from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.  She has over 14 years working in the field of mental health. She has extensive experience in working with children with a variety of presenting problems including autism spectrum disorders.  Christine’s other special interests include working with adolescents, couples, families, GLBT concerns,
                                                                      & those struggling with depressive symptoms. She works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths and find hope to address life’s challenges.
                                                                      Christine is also a Minnesota Board approved clinical
                                                                      supervisor.
