JAN REICH, M.A., is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and received her Post-Master's Certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. She has over 9 years experience in the mental health field. Jan has experience working with a wide variety of issues and cultures, including depression, suicide prevention, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship issues, blended families, parenting, adoption/attachment issues, art and play therapy, domestic violence issues, and childhood/adult disorders. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, children and families. "I believe that every individual has the potential for health and wholeness, and will strive for this, it is part of being human. At some point in our lives, we can all benefit from a source of guidance. My approach to therapy is collaborative and encouraging, with respect to each individual, how they view the world around them, and the belief that they can achieve their desired goals."
