JENNIFER S. HOLDREDGE, M.A., is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). She holds a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and Professional Counseling from Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She has over 11 years experience in the mental health field and enjoys working with individuals, couples, adolescents and children of all ages. Her special interests include relationship/marital difficulties, anxiety (specifically with panic attacks), depression, personality disturbances, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), addictions, sexual/intimacy concerns, grief & loss, trauma, stress management, interpersonal communication, and play/art therapy. She is currently conducting research in the areas of early Alzheimer screening and the use of DBT with adolescents. She is the owner and Clinical Director of Rum River Counseling, Inc.
