SDQ
The SDQ is a measure for assessing emotional, social, & behavioral development of children & adolescents.  The SDQ emphasizes strengths as well as weaknesses.  It is helpful to have SDQ information from the child as well as from parents/caregivers, & teachers.  The SDQ only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
