A supportive group for mothers (with children 5 years and under) struggling with mental health issues and who need a space to feel not alone and to receive support from other moms who “get it.” We encourage moms to build relationships with the other group members.
We focus on mindfulness, educational aspects, skills development, and giving space for moms to process where they are with their mental health and motherhood in a compassionate & nonjudgmental environment that discourages unsolicited advice-giving.
