Our Rogers office on James Road is a smaller, close-knit team of four licensed clinicians serving the northwest edge of the metro — Otsego, Elk River, Dayton, Albertville, and Maple Grove. We offer individual and couples therapy, with particular experience in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and the behavioral and family challenges that often bring kids, teens, and adults to counseling. Our approaches include CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based work, and one of our Rogers clinicians is also a licensed alcohol and drug counselor for those working through substance use alongside their mental health. A smaller office often means a more personal feel and easier scheduling. Every provider offers telehealth too, so you can meet in person or by secure video, and we're in network with all major insurers.
