Starting May 14, 2025:

Use your portal email address (the one you registered with) and password to log in.

The Magic Link option will still be available.

Usernames will no longer work for login.

On November 2, Rum River Counseling's Client Portal will become MYIO.

MYIO will be available to you as a mobile app and via desktop or mobile browser. The new interface will improve on existing Client Portal functionality but will offer a new modern look and feel!

For current clients of Rum River Counseling: if you have an existing portal username and password, your existing login will work with the new portal!

For new clients of Rum River Counseling: If you haven’t met with your therapist yet, MYIO will help you onboard and prepare you for your first session. We’ll make it easy for you to get all the information you need to start your provider relationship online, so you don’t have to fill out paperwork in the office when you arrive.

MYIO helps you stay connected. Within the portal, you can:
• Complete Assessments
• Communicate with your therapist
• View your appointments 

We care about your security. The MYIO app and web browser are HIPAA-compliant and backed by market-leading secure cloud infrastructure.

Any legal name changes or insurance changes/updates MUST continue to use our Registration Update Form.
