We are looking for well disciplined therapists who are firmly grounded in effective therapy practices particularly dealing with healing relationships & trauma recovery.

Therapist Positions
Rum River Counseling seeks a full or part time qualified and licensed (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) clinician with a desire to practice in a group setting. In office, teletherapy only or combo of in office/teletherapy options available!
Ideal applicants will have current credentialing with the major insurance networks and have a minimum of 3-5 years of outpatient mental health experience. Newly licensed therapists & pre-licensed therapists with experience or specialized training will be considered. Therapist - Relational Specialty
A clinician with a strong relational orientation (Gottman, EFT, etc.) and extensive experience providing marital/couples and family psychotherapy services. Therapist - Play Therapy Specialty
A clinician with extensive experience providing individual and/or family therapy with children and is professionally trained and/or certified in Play Therapy. Therapist - Supervision Specialty
A clinician who is a Board Certified Supervisor to provide individual, marital/couples and family psychotherapy services, as well as individual & group supervision of pre-licensed supervisees. Therapist - Trauma Specialty
A clinician with extensive experience providing individual, marital/couples and family psychotherapy and is intensively trained or certified in utilizing trauma treatment modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT or Somatic Experiencing. Therapist - perinatal & reproductive specialty
A clinician with interest and/or experience in areas related to reproductive mental health, perinatal mental health, postpartum depression, birth trauma, & infertility. Must be proficient in diagnosis and the DSM, have a general understanding of mental health care including prior authorizations and treatment plans, and the ability to work with autonomy in a private practice setting.
