Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Kate holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of St. Thomas. She has over 10 years experience providing clinical services to couples, individuals and children. A majority of her professional experience has been working with couples struggling with infertility, infidelity, trauma, the transition to parenthood, adoption, perinatal and postnatal concerns, lack of desire & passion, difficulty communicating, sexual abuse and other stressors. Kate also works with children and adolescents struggling with self esteem issues, school stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues, social media concerns, ADHD and body image issues. Kate is trained in EMDR, as well as DBT. Kate works primarily within the therapeutic approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), family systems, motivational interviewing and attachment theories. Kate believes that healing and personal growth happen when people feel validated, understood and seen, and are also challenged in their patterns of thinking.

​​Mark holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Saint Thomas Graduate School of Professional Psychology.  He has 10 years of experience in the field working with adult individuals, children/adolescents, and couples.  He works with a wide variety of concerns including those trying to better cope with depression and anxiety, emotional issues, relationship issues, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, difficulties “adulting”, and many more. Mark has foundational training in DBT and brings these skills in some form to all his clients. He uses Motivational Interviewing, as well as CBT, humanistic, existential, and mindfulness based therapy to serve his clients.  He hopes to be a centered source of healing for his clients and work together to find the best approach for each person.

​Education & Licensure:
Tara holds a master’s degree in counseling and Psychological Services through Saint Mary's University as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology through Metropolitan State University. Tara is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) through the state of MN. 

Advanced Trainings/Certifications:
Tara is a certified practitioner in Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network. Tara is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Tara has completed DBT training through Behavioral Tech: A Linehan Institute Training Company. Tara has completed training and is approved to be a state board-approved supervisor for LPCC’s. Tara is currently working towards a certificate to become a Certified Sex Therapist through University of Wisconsin-Stout.

It is a privilege to be able to provide a space for people to be able to feel safe, comfortable and to be their genuine self without judgement.  Being able to find comfort with another individual that will meet you where you are at and walk alongside you as you navigate a potential tough road ahead. I am currently being certified in sex therapy to better understand and help individuals who struggle with their sexuality, trauma surrounding sex, kink, BDSM and poly curious and being able to be intimate individually or with their partner(s).  I have 7+ years of experience working in group and individual settings, such as DBT, EMDR and Air Network (Parts work), which has allowed me to be able to pull from these theories to help develop the best individualized treatment experience possible.

​​ ​Pauline holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Argosy University.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and human services from Upper Iowa University.  She has over ten years working in the social services field.  Her experience includes providing therapy to teenagers in a school-based setting and skill-based therapeutic services to adults.  She has experience working with families, individuals, and co-facilitating therapy groups.  Pauline’s areas of interest include working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, traumatic experiences, new life transitions, and families.  Her goal is to walk along with clients to their own solutions by developing a warm, trusting, and caring relationship with clients.  Pauline uses a variety of theories and techniques; with an emphasis on a client-centered approach.

​​​​Brooke holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Brooke enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She has a particular interest in working with couples and is LGBTQ and Kink friendly. She has experience working with college students and recent graduates dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, sexuality, life transitions, blended families and family conflict. Brooke strives to help her clients find more effective ways to live and new ways to handle emotions. Brooke is passionate about helping couples, individuals, and families gain insight in therapy to help them make lasting changes in their life. She uses an integrated approach in providing therapy services, meaning she relies on a variety of theoretical perspectives and techniques based on each client. when working with couples to improve communication and connection, she uses evidenced based theories such as the Gottman approach and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She aims to provide genuine and effective services that supports hope, healing reflections about you and your life, genuine growth, and a gradual restoration of what you desire and value. Brooke provides honest feedback and guidance using humor and compassion while supporting her clients through therapy.
